The Elliott Group develops properties that are offered for sale on the open market and for long-term tenants to rent. We are specialists in commercial to residential conversions. Because we are experts in off-market acquisitions, and through our knowledge of the planning system, we are able to maximise site viability. We are always looking to acquire new sites and have an impressive track record in delivering quality homes to the housing market.

Created out of demand for a more ethical and quality development company we created a construction division to service The Elliott Group’s pipeline of developments and bring the build process more in-house and outsource less. We noticed that dealing with the building industry can at times be a stressful experience. As developers ourselves, we recognise the importance of having a build team that is accountable for their work and does not renege on the agreed works whether small or large works. We offer a start-to-finish service and deal with all aspects of the build as a main contractor, from the initial design and build consultation, Building control liaison to ensure your project is compliant, utility installation and working with third parties. 

Over the years, we have been fortunate to collaborate with some excellent clients and partners on some wonderful projects. This has given us a wealth of knowledge and continue to build mutually beneficial relationships with our clients and partners which we greatly value.
